A note on length: For short films, Ella generally recommends aiming for 20 pages or fewer. If your short exceeds that, part of our development work may focus on identifying what can be tightened.
For features, approximately 90 pages is a strong target for many projects, with 120 pages generally considered the upper end of the recommended range. If your feature exceeds 120 pages, Ella will specifically look for opportunities to streamline the screenplay without sacrificing the story you're trying to tell.

Submit one screenplay per booking as a PDF. Please include your project title, format, genre, and logline, along with up to two specific questions or areas you'd like Ella to keep in mind during the read.
