About
Willow Rose Studios is a Los Angeles-based narrative production company founded by writer, director, and producer Ella Danna.
Ella’s work explores identity, belonging, intimacy, and the emotional cost of survival within the systems that shape who we become. She graduated with honors from Fairfield University with a double major in Film, Television & Media and Italian Language, and later earned her MFA in Producing from the AFI Conservatory.
Through Willow Rose Studios, Ella develops films and builds creative initiatives for emerging filmmakers. Alongside her narrative work, she mentors filmmakers across development, production, and career strategy, with an emphasis on turning creative limitations into stronger storytelling and building sustainable careers in independent film.
